At Eagle Cross Store, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Because we operate on a small-scale basis, we only accept returns under the following conditions:

    1.    Damaged Products

    •    If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at eaglecrossstore@gmail.com with photos of the product and packaging.

    •    Once approved, we will arrange for a replacement or a full refund.

    2.    Incorrect Orders

    •    If you received the wrong item or your order does not match what you purchased, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

    •    We will cover the return shipping costs and ensure you receive the correct item or a refund.


⚠️ Note:

    •    We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons outside of damage or incorrect orders.

    •    Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.
